Yield

The Yield area shows the active organization's yield account, displayed APY, available balance, and transaction history when the feature is available.

Before activation

Yield eligibility can depend on organization verification, country, account configuration, and the supported source wallet. Read the information shown during activation before moving funds.

Activate yield

1. Confirm the correct organization.
2. Open Accounts -> Yield.
3. Review the current rate display and product information.
4. Follow the activation prompt.
5. Set the organization's transaction PIN if requested.

Deposit

1. Select Deposit.
2. Choose an eligible source balance.
3. Enter the amount.
4. Review the source balance and resulting yield balance.
5. Confirm with the organization's transaction PIN.

Withdraw

1. Select Withdraw.
2. Enter an amount no greater than the available yield balance.
3. Review the destination wallet and any displayed timing or fees.
4. Confirm with the organization's transaction PIN.

Pending deposits or withdrawals remain visible in activity. Do not create duplicates while an earlier movement is pending.

Understand APY

APY is an annualized rate display, not the amount you will earn immediately and not a guaranteed future return. It can change over time. Your result depends on the balance, duration, rate changes, and applicable product terms.

If an action is blocked

Check organization verification, transaction PIN, available balance, supported currency, account status, and any displayed minimum or maximum. Switching organizations also switches the yield account.
