Accounts & Wallets

Understand balances, deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and transaction history for an organization.

The Accounts area is where you see and move money owned by the active organization. Switching organizations also switches the wallets, balances, transactions, beneficiaries, virtual accounts, and payout eligibility on the page.

Before moving money

Check three things:

  1. The correct organization is active.
  2. The correct wallet and currency are selected.
  3. The transaction PIN for that organization is available.

Some actions also require approved organization verification.

Understand the wallet types

WalletWhat it holdsWhen to use it
GHS fiat walletA real Ghana cedi balanceLocal payment settlement and supported GHS money movement.
Stellar walletSupported stablecoins such as USDCStablecoin deposits, balances, and supported transfers.
Virtual USD accountUSD received through supported bank-transfer railsReceiving eligible USD bank payments after activation.

A GHS balance is not an estimate of your USDC balance. Each wallet contains separate funds. Changing the currency picker changes the wallet you are viewing; it does not convert money.

Find a balance

  1. Open Accounts.
  2. Select the currency or wallet you want to inspect.
  3. Review the available balance and recent activity.
  4. Open a transaction for its status, reference, timestamps, sender or destination, and fees when available.

Pending funds may appear in activity before they become available to withdraw.

Deposit money

Open the destination wallet and use only the instructions shown for that wallet and organization.

  • For a fiat or virtual account, copy the displayed beneficiary and bank details exactly.
  • For Stellar, use the displayed address and required memo or muxed address.
  • Confirm the asset and network before sending stablecoins.

Sending the wrong currency, omitting a required memo, or using another organization's details can delay reconciliation.

Send or withdraw

  1. Choose the source wallet.
  2. Select or add the destination.
  3. Enter the amount.
  4. Review recipient, fees, exchange rate, source amount, and destination amount.
  5. Confirm with the active organization's transaction PIN when requested.
  6. Keep the reference until the transfer is complete.

Available destinations can include mobile money, bank beneficiaries, stablecoin addresses, SeevCash users, or saved payout destinations.

Transaction statuses

StatusMeaning
PendingThe movement was created but is not final. Do not repeat it immediately.
CompletedFunds were successfully received or sent.
FailedThe movement did not complete. Check the reason before retrying.
ReversedA previously recorded movement was returned or undone.

Protect account access

  • Give teammates separate memberships instead of sharing a login.
  • Never share a transaction PIN.
  • Verify account and mobile-money details before saving a destination.
  • Do not send stablecoins to an unsupported network.
  • Rotate exposed API keys; they are not transaction PINs.
