Cards

Create, fund, protect, and manage organization cards in Seev Plus.

Cards are available from the active organization's Accounts area when the organization is eligible. Card availability and supported funding currencies can vary.

Before creating a card

  • Confirm the correct organization is selected.
  • Complete organization verification if requested.
  • Set the organization's transaction PIN.
  • Make sure the source wallet has enough available balance for funding and fees.

Card actions

FundMove money from a supported organization wallet to the card.
FreezeTemporarily stop new spending while keeping the card record.
UnfreezeResume spending after you confirm the card is safe.

Freeze is temporary. Cancel is intended to be permanent. Freeze a misplaced card first unless you are certain it should be closed.

Fund a card

  1. Open the card.
  2. Select Fund.
  3. Choose the available source wallet.
  4. Enter the amount.
  5. Review source currency, amount, fees, and resulting card balance.
  6. Confirm with the active organization's transaction PIN.

Card funding and activity remain attached to the organization that owns the card.

If funding fails

Check the source wallet's available balance, currency, organization verification, transaction PIN, card status, and any displayed limits. A pending wallet transaction may not yet be spendable.

Do not repeatedly submit the same funding action while its status is pending.

Keep card details safe

  • Reveal protected details only when needed.
  • Do not share screenshots of full card information.
  • Freeze the card immediately if details may be exposed.
  • Review card activity after an unexpected decline or notification.
  • Cancel the card if it is permanently compromised.
