Send Money
Send USD from your Seev account to a bank account or a USDC wallet.
Use Send on the USD balance card in the Seev Dashboard to move funds out of your account to a recipient. Sending on demand covers USD bank transfers and USDC withdrawals to Stellar wallets.
Your GHS balance does not have a send option. Settled cedi funds leave on the payout schedule set for the organization, and Seev writes a payout record each time one completes. Set the schedule and destination in Payout settings, and read the completed payouts in the Activity feed on Balances.
Some send methods require approved organization verification, so a blocked transfer is often a verification problem rather than a balance problem. Check the organization's verification status before contacting support.
Send money
- Go to Balances in the Seev Dashboard.
- On the USD balance card, click Send.
- Choose a send method.
- Enter or select the recipient details.
- Enter the amount.
- Review the fee, the rate, the recipient details and the amount the recipient receives.
- Enter your PIN to confirm.
The review screen is the last point at which anything can be corrected. Rates and fees can change between entering an amount and confirming, so read the final screen rather than the one you saw a minute earlier, and enter your PIN only once the recipient details are right.
Send to a bank account
Send USD to a recipient's bank account. Pick a saved bank recipient, or add a new one by supplying:

If no bank name resolves from the routing number, do not proceed on the assumption that the number is right. Confirm it with the recipient first.
Send to a stablecoin wallet
Withdraw USDC to a Stellar wallet address. The current withdrawal flow supports one asset on one network:

You supply the recipient's Stellar wallet address, an optional memo ID and an optional narration. Check the address, the network and the memo before you confirm.
A crypto transfer sent to the wrong address, the wrong network or without a required memo can be impossible to recover. Nobody at Seev can reverse it. Confirm all three with the recipient before entering your PIN.
Understand the amount the recipient receives
The Dashboard shows the applicable fee, the exchange rate and the resulting recipient amount before you confirm. What you type in differs by method:

Fees and rates are shown on the review screen for the specific transfer you are about to make. Do not quote a recipient a figure from a previous transfer.

Check before you enter your PIN
- Confirm bank recipient details before saving or sending.
- Confirm the USDC wallet address, the Stellar network and the memo ID.
- Read the fee, the rate and the recipient amount on the review screen.
- Enter your PIN only after every detail above is confirmed.
